My first Red Sox/Yankees game

So, early this year I bought a number of tickets for the current Sox season. I was planning on going to a few games, but also made the purchase in order to accumulate some extra cash. I used StubHub to sell off my opening day seats. This past Saturday was planning on being my first Yans/Sox game, but the seats were in the dreaded right field grandstand. So I traded with a buddy for his better seats on Friday night. and sold my Saturday tickets.

The game was awesome. The scoreboard went like this: 1-0, 1-5, 5-5, 5-7, 10-7, 10-14, 11-14. It broke the record for longest 9-inning game. We were next two 6-2 250lb decked out New Yorkers so we were totally protected from potential Red Sox fan violence. Friggin' awesomeness.

Plus, the Yanks took all five games over the weekend. What chu know bout dat?

P.S. My GF threw me my first surprise birthday party!!!! She's quite bomb. Not to mention, an ice luge and keg were in attendance - even better.

Holy schnikies!!

After weeks of either A) Hot and humid grossness or B) Rain, the predication for today is a kickarse 75 degrees and sunny! I say, "God Damn!" Plus I'm psyched cause the GF gets home from leading the Craigville Beach youngins on the Cape (or is it in the Cape?) To top the future afternoon off, my local Blockbuster had the Kirk Franklin: Live concert DVD. Boo Yah!!!
